- Complete and submit the D&O Information Questionnaire. Once this is completed we will be able to send you a copy of the D&O Agreement for your approval.
- Please procure the necessary servers as per the specifications we have described.
- Once you have received your servers; please prepare them as outlined in our Pre-Install Preparation; please be sure to follow the steps carefully as this may impact the turn-around time of getting your servers ready.
- While we are working on getting your servers ready please be sure to complete and submit the Support Authorization Form so that we can be sure to have the correct BOSS (Monitoring & Trouble Ticketing System) accounts ready for your organization.
